The MA Art Therapy Programme warmly welcomes you to engage in a unique dialogue with a range of art therapy professionals and students. This creative mental health modality effectively encourages those from different walks of life to express themselves through the use of art and the art-making process. We will showcase our community involvement, explain and our lecturers, and current students will address your questions
This talk will examine careers and employability in the creative industries. We will look at several case studies of career tracks of recent LASALLE graduates, and provide a glimpse into the latest employability trends in arts-related fields. We will differentiate between traditional employment, the freelance space, and entrepreneurship via small businesses. We will also look at the creative economy in Singapore and how "traditional" companies are seeking creative talent to survive in a global economy where disruption is changing everything.
