The School of Fashion resides in the Faculty of Design and the School offers a Diploma in Creative Direction for Fashion programme and two distinct fashion degree programmes in BA (Hons) Fashion Design and Textiles and BA (Hons) Fashion Media and Industries.

The School is seeking to appoint a lecturer for the BA (Hons) Fashion Design and Textiles programme.

The MA Arts and Ecology is a new innovative studio-based postgraduate programme for creative practitioners and ecologists who seek to explore the critical discourses on our environment through contemporary art and creative practices. 

The BA (Hons) Art Histories and Curatorial Practices: Asia and the World is a new full-time, three-year undergraduate programme, aims to produce scholars, art history educators, and art professionals who are adaptable to the dynamism of the art world, especially at a time when global issues and concerns have transformed the ways that the arts are practised and exhibitions have been presented.

The School of Design Communication within the Faculty of Design seeks to appoint a dynamic and highly creative Programme Leader for its BA (Hons) Design Communication programme.

Reporting to the Dean of Learning, Teaching and Research, the Head of Research Practice is responsible for fostering a research culture that advances high quality research initiatives and outputs. The Head will lead a research environment that encourages innovative and good practice in arts research across disciplines, facilitate the introduction of emerging new tools and models that enables the publication, dissemination, and evaluation of both traditional research and professional and creative activities.

Reporting to the Director of Information & Communications Technology (ICT) and the Manager (Cybersecurity), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and compliance of the College’s information systems.  Your primary responsibility will be to implement and maintain the ISO 27001 standard, which sets the framework for an effective Information Security Management System.

The School of Creative Industries is seeking a highly driven individual with a passion for the arts and arts education to join us as Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to predominantly provide programme administration support to academic staff, and administrative and secretarial support to the Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Media and Creative Industries and Head of School. This position reports to the Head of School and the Dean, and key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Reporting to the Dean, Faculty of Performing Arts, you will be responsible for managing the Faculty’s annual music concerts, dance performances, theatre productions and other events to ensure high production values and professional standards. The position involves scheduling activities, allocating productions to theatre venues, monitoring budgets, advising on production protocols, assessing productions for health and safety hazards and reporting on production activities.
