Student Showcase

City of hours

City of Hours is a project designed as part of the Urban Agenda Exhibition 2018. The visual representation of time is presented through a series of hour glasses that are designed with a twist. These artefacts express the way time is spent in the urban cities like Singapore and Seoul.

The work was exhibited in Urban Agenda 2018 in Seoul, South Korea in collaboration with in Sangmyung University.

I believe in the designer as a student and collector of the world, a curious wandering soul, and a discerning communicator – the Designer as Flaneur. Every experience has value. As a designer-flaneur, I believe in having the right attitude and mindset, to recognise that there is value in all things and embrace different perspectives. I love how design makes a difference and I want to be part of it.
