Singapore fashion takes centre stage at #SGFASHIONNOW, an exhibition series by the Asian Civilisations Museum in partnership with LASALLE College of the Arts and the Textile and Fashion Federation.
Based on a curatorial pitch by BA(Hons) Fashion Media and Industries student Ethan Lai, the exhibition this year presented 16 fashion ensembles and accessory pieces that offered a snapshot of Singapore's fashion landscape.
In this interview with a+ magazine, Ethan shares his inspiration for the pitch, and why he chose to prioritise diversity and inclusivity.
