Berita Harian reports that nine out of 10 graduates of LASALLE College of the Arts are successful in finding employment based on a study conducted late last year on more than 700 former students.
It also highlights the speech of Parliamentary Secretary, Ministry of Education & Ministry of Social and Family Development, Associate Professor Dr Muhammad Faishal Ibrahim, for the recent Committee of Supply Debate 2017 where he shared that "around 6,000 students" have pursued an arts education in 2016.
"We found that graduates of art institutions who entered a career related to the arts and joined a large organisation as managers and executives, get to maximise their artistic abilities," he said.
