TAK Design Bursary

The TAK Design Bursary is awarded to Year 1 students from the Faculty of Design, with priority given to those from the School of Spatial and Product Design, who require financial assistance to support them throughout their three years in LASALLE. 

Eligibility
  • Singapore citizens.
  • Applicants must have been offered a place in one of the following diploma programmes under the Faculty of Design for the August 2024 intake:
    • Diploma in Interior Design
    • Diploma in Creative Direction for Fashion
    • Diploma in Design for Communication and Experiences
  • Good conduct and satisfactory academic performance.
  • Non-recipients of any other scholarships/bursaries/financial aid awarded by LASALLE or other organisations (except Higher Education Community Bursary or Higher Education Bursary).
  • Gross monthly per capita income (PCI) of S$2,500 and below.
Value and tenure

S$4,500 per academic year.

Based on students’ financial needs and satisfactory academic performance, renewal of this bursary is reviewed on a yearly basis and covers up to a maximum of three (3) years or the minimum duration required to complete the course, whichever is shorter.

Note: Bursary applicants will be considered for the Higher Education Community Bursary or Higher Education Bursary if they are eligible.

Application period

Application is open from 1 to 26 August 2024 for Year 1 students.
