Brother Paul Ho Kok Chee
Brother President, St Joseph’s Institution
Brother Paul Ho is a member of a Catholic Religious Congregation, ‘Brothers of the Christian Schools’ – commonly known as De La Salle Brothers or La Salle Brothers in Asia. The Brothers have been in the educational mission in Singapore and Malaysia since 1852.
Brother Paul is currently the Brother President of St Joseph’s Institution, Director of the Board of La Salle Centre, Director of La Salle Centre, Member of the Christian Brothers Schools Board and School Management Board of St. Joseph’s Institution Junior, in Singapore.
He has been in the field of education for more than 30 years, including 18 years as the Principal of two Lasallian secondary schools. Brother Paul has also been of service to the curriculum and examination sections of the Malaysian Ministry of Education. In 2009, the Governor of Penang awarded him the title of “Datuk” in recognition of his service to education.
Brother Paul obtained his Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Arts in English from the University of Manchester, UK. He was posted to Singapore to continue to be of service to the Lasallian educational mission.
