The Marketing team plays a key role in raising awareness and creating interest for LASALLE’s wide range of diplomas and degrees in the contemporary arts. With bottom-line objectives to recruit students from Singapore and overseas markets, the team is responsible for attracting a specific niche of applicants who aspire to pursue professional careers in the arts. We are therefore looking for outgoing and dynamic individuals who, through various marketing activities, are able to inspire and engage with our primary customer – the prospective student – and convert them into applicants. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Conduct marketing activities to generate and convert leads into applications – e.g. open house, recruitment fairs/seminars, applicant preparation workshops, networking with school teachers/counsellors, and coordinating marketing materials

Provide education advice to prospective students (and their parents) via face-to-face counselling, email and telephone correspondence. This is a daily function that drives the energy and commitment of the Marketing team as we seek to understand the needs of our customers.

Keep abreast of developments in education and student recruitment in your assigned market segment

Maintain the prospective student database
Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Arts Management

Passion for the Arts and Education
-
Empathises with today’s youth
-
Excellent command of spoken and written English.

Relevant work experience in marketing, preferably in education/youth marketing

Excellent organisational, interpersonal and presentation skills
